User Agreement
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Tesla Auto platform. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Accounts found to be in violation will be suspended immediately.
Platform Usage
Tesla Auto grants you a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for legitimate marketing campaign participation. Any automated scripts, bots, or fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination.
Earnings & Withdrawals
Earnings are credited upon verified task completion. Tesla Auto reserves the right to review and audit any withdrawal request. Withdrawals are processed within 24-72 business hours after approval. Minimum withdrawal thresholds apply based on membership tier.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and platform infrastructure is the exclusive intellectual property of Tesla Auto Division. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale of any platform content is strictly prohibited.
Termination
Tesla Auto reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion for violations of this agreement, fraudulent behavior, or any activity deemed harmful to the platform or its users.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by applicable international digital commerce laws. By using this platform, you agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration rather than litigation.
